Program Preparer Sign In
Sign in with your own private PIN. The system will open the church program preparation workspace only for an authorized program preparer.
Administrator Sign In
Initial Administrator Setup
No named administrator has been established yet. Enter the first administrator's actual name and the one-time Administrator Key or editor-generated ADM bootstrap key. When registration succeeds, the system immediately issues and displays that administrator's 6-digit private PIN.
Security: The Portal never displays the bootstrap key here. It must already be known by the church installer.
Authorized Administrator
Only a person explicitly authorized as an administrator can enter the Administrator Control Centre.
Administrator PIN Recovery
Use this owner-controlled recovery when the administrator is authorized but the existing private PIN is unknown. A new universal 6-digit PIN will replace the unknown PIN. The new PIN is shown clearly once and is never silently placed into the sign-in box.

Program Preparer Authorization
For Divine Worship, one Program Preparer may still be assigned by Sabbath date. For all programs, use Church Program Authorization below. Select an authorized person from this installation, or Other to enter an external person where permitted. Limited preparers see only assigned dates/programs. Universal Program Preparers and Administrators may select any date and any program type.

Authorized Administrators
Named administrator access only. The Administrator Sign In tab may be visible to everyone, but only people listed here as active administrators may enter the Administrator Control Centre.
Each authorized administrator uses the same personal 6-digit private PIN used for their other permitted roles.
WhatsApp Assignment & Reminder Centre
Save each person's WhatsApp number and send one-click participant or Program Preparer assignment/reminder messages. Private PINs are never included in WhatsApp messages.
Private PIN Management
One person, one private PIN. The same 6-digit PIN is used for Participant Sign In and Program Preparer Sign In. Program Preparer access still requires a church program authorization.
Important: Resetting this PIN invalidates the person's previous PIN everywhere. It does not by itself grant Program Preparer authority.
